Are you flowers real or artificial?
Even though our flowers look real, we only use high quality artificial flowers to style our rentals.
Why should I get artificial flowers instead of real?

How much does it cost to rent your flower wall?
Our flower wall prices start at $450 which includes setup, takedown, and local delivery.
What if I want a custom backdrop that I don’t see on your website?
Our customer asks us this question very frequently. We love creating custom backdrops & design that will bring your vision to life. Contact us today and we can help you. Check out a sample of custom backdrop we did for a client below. Our goal was to showcase our client’s brand colors represented in the backdrop.
Does your price include setups and takedowns?
The initial price you see under the product our website is the product rental price. It doesn’t include setup, takedown and delivery fees. However once you select the product and the rental date, you will be able to see the setup/takedown and delivery fee under the required additional charges.
What are the timings for setups and delivery?
We offer same day setup/takedown and delivery. However if your venue allows it we can offer a day before setup and early next morning takedown at no additional charge. We are very flexible with the timings.
Do you setup your items outdoor? My event is being held outside.
Yes we do outdoor setups all the time, as long as its weather permitting. We usually reconfirm with our client 24 hours before the event date. For instance, we are very flexible and can setup indoor if the event is being moved indoor due to extreme weather condition. In addition, we do reserve the right to refuse an outdoor setup if there is an extreme weather warning in effect. (Hello recent Tornado warnings and Hail Storms in Calgary)
Do you offer services to Banff and the national parks?
Yes, we do! We love going to Banff, Canmore, and other beautiful locations in the Rockies. We have done multiple weddings in venues such as Fairmont Banff Springs, Chateau Lake Louise, and more.
Why are the prices for Banff weddings so costly?
Weddings in Banff can be more expensive than a local wedding because of the added costs of delivery, labour, travel time, and the requirement of a business permit to perform work in the area. All these things are taken into consideration when building an estimate. Also, we are fully licensed to operate in Banff!
Do you offer wedding planning and styling services?
We do offer styling services but do not offer wedding planning services. We specialize in artificial flower rentals and event decor. This means that we carry the finest artificial silk floral backdrops and event decor to make your event spectacular.
As well, we offer styling services such helping you choose the right colors, fabrics, designing the tablescape and flowers, suggest additional products, and ideas to bring your design vision to life. If we don’t offer the product or service you’re looking for, we can point you in the right direction.

Do you offer permanent installation such as flower walls?
Yes, we do! Although we are a rental company, if you are looking to have a permanent floral installation such as a Flower Wall or other large floral installation, simply contact us and let us know the type of installation you’d like and we can provide you with a custom estimate.
Why do I have to pay full price if I am renting the item for only 2 hours or less?
Firstly, our rental items are not rented per hour therefore the amount of hours doesn’t affect the price. Secondly, regardless of how many hours you will be using the rentals, for our team it takes the same amount of time to setup, takedown, travel time, and deliver.
Do you allow client pickup?
Yes, we do but only on a select number of products. To find out which ones, check to see the “additional options” area to see if “customer pick up” is an option. The reason we don’t offer pick up on all of our products is because some of our products require special setup that only our team is able to complete. Further more we take great pride in how our products are setup, as they are a representation of our brand, therefore we prefer that the setup is done by our professional team.
Do you travel outside of Calgary?
We service Calgary and the surrounding area including Rocky View, Foothills, Bighorn, Kananaskis, and Banff.
